    The Clarity Session

We’ll begin with a close look at the opening pages of your manuscript.

Before we meet, you'll send up to 2500 words of your manuscript (≈10 pages) and a brief synopsis (up to 250 words.)

I’ll read your sample in advance so we have a shared starting point.

During our session, we’ll explore your project together—what you’re aiming for, what’s emerging on the page, and what wants to come forward next.

This is not a full manuscript evaluation. Clarity emerges through the conversation itself, as we look at your work from multiple angles and begin to see it more fully.

    Investment: $400

Some writers begin here and later move into a longer manuscript evaluation or full review, depending on what the work needs.

From a writer I’ve worked with:

Katherine’s insightful thoughts have helped me to tease out the strands of my novel draft at so many crucial stages—from that initial big idea with a vague sense of characters and trajectory to the complex task of weaving a compelling narrative tapestry.
